Refund and cancellation policy

1. Free beta

While AiResovia PDF is in free beta, no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

2. How paid plans work

Pro and Business plans are prepaid for one month or one year. They do not renew automatically, so you are never charged again without choosing to pay.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, write to us within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full. After 7 days, or for renewals, payments are not refundable, but your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra amount in full at any time.

4. Cancellation

Because plans do not renew, there is nothing to cancel: simply do not renew. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

6. Delivery

AiResovia PDF is an online service. Nothing is shipped: your plan is activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is sent to your email.

7. Contact

Write to contact@airesovia.com or use the contact page with the email address of your account and the payment reference from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.
